Typical responsibilities
As an analyst within the investment team, your main responsibilities will be:
Managing deal flow
Supporting the investment directors across a wide range of topics:
In-depth 360° analysis of investment opportunities
Discussions with management teams and experts
Writing investment memos
Building business plan models
Producing thematic deep dives for the investment teams
Monitoring and supporting portfolio companies
Cross-functional support on management company projects
This internship is for people with a real passion for innovation, emerging technologies and corporate strategy. You will meet teams of driven entrepreneurs and build solid foundations in finance and strategy, with excellent exposure to the European tech ecosystem. The thirty or so professionals who make up the Supernova team, from a wide range of backgrounds, are deeply committed to developing junior talent. This internship will give you real ownership, in a fast-moving and genuinely interesting environment.
Some first experience in VC, consulting, an incubator or accelerator, corporate finance, or the strategy team of a technology company is ideally recommended.
Candidate profile
Contract: Final-year internship
Background: Engineering and/or business school, or an equivalent university degree
Languages: French (native or bilingual) and English (fluent)
Duration: 6 months
Start date: January 2027
Location: 2 openings in Paris (Saint-Lazare) and 1 in Grenoble
